Position Summary:

The Car Wash Attendant at Squeeky’s Car Wash is responsible for ensuring every customer leaves with a clean, well-maintained vehicle and a positive experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times
• Assist customers with wash selections, memberships, and general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including bays, vacuums, and surrounding grounds
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
  • Trash removal
  • Spraying and cleaning wash bays
  • Sweeping and debris removal
  • Replacing light bulbs, hoses, and fittings as needed
• Support light landscaping to maintain curb appeal
• Assist with day-to-day site operations
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and flexible schedule (availability on weekends, including Sundays, required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
