Car Wash Attendant (Full Time)

Description:

The Car Wash Attendant at Squeeky’s plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to ensuring every vehicle leaves our facility looking its best.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grounds, including trash removal, bay spraying, sweeping, and general upkeep.
• Replace or repair basic equipment such as light bulbs, hoses, and fittings.
• Conduct light landscaping to preserve facility appearance and curb appeal.
• Dry and wipe down vehicles to ensure a spotless finish.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Explain, recommend, and promote available services and membership programs.
• Sell and upsell wash packages and additional offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous car wash experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work on Sundays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.
• Physical capability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality service.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of common vehicle features.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work in changing environmental conditions.
• Ability to stand for extensive periods of time.
• Willingness to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
